The event is aimed specifically at doctoral students in the early stages of their doctoral studies and those interested in pursuing a doctorate, providing targeted support during this critical phase of their academic careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>24 March 2026,<\/strong> the program will also address the topic of research data management (RDM). The presentation <strong>\u201cFrom Data to Publication: Practical Support from the UA Ruhr University Libraries!\u201d<\/strong> will demonstrate how researchers can manage their data in a structured manner\u2014from planning and organization through to publication. It will provide insights into the specific support services offered by the UA Ruhr\u2019s RDM service centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus is on how to effectively manage research data from the very beginning\u2014as the foundation for transparent and traceable research. For doctoral students in particular, it is often crucial to familiarize themselves with efficient research data management early on. The RDS at RUB supports this process with individual consulting and practical training.
